At Smile Mantra, we offer Mantra club membership to make dental care affordable to anyone in our community who does not have insurance. For a low annual fee enjoy hassle-free and affordable quality dental care. To become a Mantra Club member please call 919-854-5524.
- Annual Adult Basic membership: $240
- Annual Child Basic membership (14 and under): $200
- Annual Perio membership: $480
Basic membership includes:
- 2 healthy cleanings per year
- 2 doctor exams per year ( Comprehensive and Periodic exams)
- Any necessary Xrays due at the exam appointment
- 20% off emergency office visits
- 20% off any general dentistry treatment
Perio membership includes:
- 4 Perio cleanings ( Perio maintenance) per year
- 2 doctor exams per year ( Comprehensive and Periodic exams)
- Any necessary Xrays due at the exam appointment
- 20% off deep cleanings ( Scaling and Root Planing)
- 20% emergency office visits
- 20% off any general dentistry treatment
